Salary: up to £48,500 DOE per annum plus annual bonus, company vehicle and Veolia benefits

What you'll be doing:
* Support the planning and execution of maintenance activities, working closely with operational and scheduling teams to ensure efficient resource allocation, contract compliance, and the seamless integration of planned and reactive maintenance.
* Assist regional teams with minor project implementation and delivery, identifying and capitalising on recharge opportunities whilst working alongside key stakeholders.
* Coordinate with Commissioning Engineers and Product Specialists to ensure appropriate deployment across major projects and reactive maintenance scenarios, maximising skill sets and reducing operational risk.
* Contribute to maintaining high standards of Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance, supporting initiatives that align with legislation and risk assurance requirements.
* Assist Customer Account Managers with parts identification, procurement, and supplier liaison, whilst supporting reactive scheduling to ensure the right personnel are deployed promptly, enhancing customer satisfaction.
What we're looking for:
* Educated to at least ONC or equivalent standard in an engineering discipline, or have substantial experience
* Some supervisory experience
* Must have experience relevant to Contract Portfolio i.e. CHP, Energy Management and/ or Industrial Maintenance, or working within a technically complex service providing operation
* Driving License and willingness to travel regularly
* Have worked within a Quality Management System
* Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
* NEBOSH General Certificate would be desirable
* Able to work alongside the Operational Performance Centre in Horsham 3 days a week would be desirable
