You’ll play a critical role in transforming creative ideas into technically sound, manufacturable solutions, with no margin for error. Key Responsibilities Engineer structurally robust packaging solutions for liquid-based FMCG products. Design for mass manufacture across plastic, metal and glass components. Translate creative intent into validated, production‑ready designs. Apply DfMA, FMEA and tolerance stack‑up analysis to optimise performance. Prepare and validate technical drawings for tooling, costing and production. Support tooling qualification, sampling, testing and FAIR reviews. Collaborate closely with design, engineering and project teams. Maintain exceptional attention to detail while working to demanding timelines. Candidate Requirements Degree‑qualified in Mechanical, Product or Packaging Engineering (or equivalent). Extensive experience in packaging or product engineering environments. Strong understanding of liquid packaging systems and assemblies. Cross‑material expertise in plastic, metal & glass is essential.
