Client Details: My client is a privately owned, family-run property investment company specialising in the letting and development of commercial and industrial properties across the UK. With a diverse portfolio and a commitment to long-term growth, they offer hands-on experience and professional development in a fast-paced and varied sector.
Responsibilities
* Assist in managing a varied portfolio of commercial and mixed-use properties.
* Prepare service charge budgets.
* Conduct property inspections.
* Liaise with tenants and contractors.
* Support lease and asset management activities.
* Work closely with senior surveyors and the senior management team.
* Progress toward RICS chartership through the APC pathway.
Qualifications
* Degree in Real Estate, Land and Property Management, or a similar commercial property related discipline.
* Strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and a keen interest in the property market.
* Organised, analytical, and confident in client-facing roles.
* Full UK driving licence is desirable.
