We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting creating and executing marketing initiatives, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of marketing activities. This brief spreads across all aspects of marketing, including but not limited to, multiple social media accounts, B2B networking and marketing events, and website support. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their career in marketing within a professional environment. The position ideal for organised individuals with strong marketing, interpersonal and administrative skills.
Duties
* Be proactive and independently development and implement themarketing campaigns across various channels of the group.
* Work closely with the director of the group and subsequently the directors of each business in assisting in their task, where appropriate.
* Prepare and organise marketing materials, reports, and presentations using an array of differing software.
* Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and client interactions
* Lead & support event planning and coordination for promotional events or campaigns
* Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining filing systems
* Respond to phone inquiries with professional etiquette and provide excellent customer service, where needed.
* Manage & Monitor social media platforms and create and control all content creation to enhance each brand visibility, within the group model.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure timely execution of marketing projects
Skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
* Previous social media account management or experience demonstrating attention to detail in this role
* Ability to be concise in meetings and efficiently plan and organise future actions.
* Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
* Administrative experience that supports effective diary management
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
This role is suitable for motivated individuals eager to contribute to a vastly growing small business. While developing essential professional skills. The position provides valuable experience in both marketing operations and administrative functions within a supportive workplace.
We are ideally looking for a part time role, to then expand this into a full-time position. therefore salary will be on a Pro Rata based approach.

Pay: £27,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 21 – 37.5 per week
