Our building at Ross Street provides 42 workspaces for a creative community of 70+ people, from visual artists, makers and designers to writers, programmers and engineers. We host a venue for hire, and produce local and international community‑led projects.

About the job
The role of the Admin & Communications Coordinator is to maintain and develop systems that ensure the efficient‑running of the organisation, encompassing core admin support for membership and external bookings, website and social media oversight and wider promotion of services.
While this role is primarily desk‑based, all members of the Many Studios team will have some requirement to manage physical aspects of the building. The Administrator will be required to cover reception duties from time to time so working from the building is necessary and non‑negotiable.
Job title: Admin & Communications Coordinator
Reporting to: General Manager
Contract: 2 days / 14 hrs a week, permanent
Working days: Flexible, coordinator with the General Manager to cover Monday to Friday. Working hours are 9am - 5pm (including one‑hour, unpaid break). The role includes event supervision so evening and weekend work is required, operating TOIL.
Notified of interview: 5th June
Start date: 17th July or sooner

* Experience of working in an administrational role.
* Experience of social media, digital marketing and/or sales.
* Confidence in IT systems and software, ideally with experience using word processing and spreadsheets; Adobe Creative Suite; social media; Dropbox, Google Drive, Slack and Xero.

* Experience of bookkeeping or financial administration.
