Role: Centre Manager – Behaviour, Safeguarding & Student Welfare
Hours: 36.25 hours per week
Salary: £50,775 - £55,011 FTE
Pension contribution: 15% (£ FTE)
Location: Altrincham Campus with flexibility to work across Trafford & Stockport College Group sites.
As Centre Manager, you will lead on behaviour and culture, safeguarding and wellbeing, ensuring a safe, inclusive and high‑performing culture across your campus. You will drive a culture of belonging alongside our commitments to relational practice.
This is a role where you will influence both day‑to‑day practice and wider strategy—embedding a culture where every learner belongs, believes and achieves.
You are a values‑driven leader who is passionate about student wellbeing, safeguarding and inclusive practice. You understand the challenges young people face and are committed to supporting them to overcome barriers and succeed. You believe in a relational approach to allow students to activate higher level brain states to make informed choices about their future.
Most importantly, you care deeply about young people and are motivated by the difference you can make to their lives.

In certain cases, it may be appropriate to appoint to a higher point in the pay grade at the discretion of the People & Culture Director due to the candidate’s current salary, experience or qualifications.
