Newly Qualified Litigation Solicitor (Partner-Track Opportunity)
The Opportunity
This is a standout opportunity for a high-performing Newly Qualified Litigation Solicitor to join an established and ambitious law firm with a clear focus on long-term growth and succession. The Role
You will be involved in a broad range of civil litigation matters, with a particular emphasis on personal injury claims, including motor and non-motor cases and uninsured loss recovery. As your experience grows, you will be encouraged to take increasing ownership of files and client relationships, with a clear pathway toward building your own practice.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing and progressing civil litigation files, with increasing autonomy
* Handling personal injury and uninsured loss claims from instruction to resolution
* Drafting pleadings, court documents, and correspondence
* Advising clients and building trusted, long-term relationships
* Attending court, client meetings, and negotiations
* Contributing to the growth and profile of the litigation department
The Ideal Candidate
* Newly Qualified Solicitor (or qualifying shortly) with litigation training experience
* Ambitious, driven, and motivated by long-term career progression
* Strong technical ability with excellent attention to detail
* Confident communicator with a commercial and client-focused mindset
* An interest in business development and building a future client base
