HR and Payroll Administrator – Enfield, Middlesex
Our client is an international organization seeking to recruit a HR and Payroll Administrator with at least 3 to 5 years of experience.
The ideal candidate must be competent and experienced in Human Resources and Payroll Administration.
You will work within a small team and be responsible for the following tasks:
* Providing full support and administration for:
Headcount Analysis (Weekly & Monthly)
Contractor Cost Analysis
HR/Payroll Systems administration
Liaison with overseas payroll administrators
Managing New Engagements, Leavers, and Transfer Processes (UK & Overseas)
Handling employee benefits such as Axa PPP, Health-Shield, Childcare Vouchers, Pension Scheme, Costco Implementation, Legal & General Cycle to Work Scheme, Travel Club
Employee Costs Projects & Reporting
Sickness Monitoring
Appraisal Exercise
Recruitment Process Administration, including employment referencing
Managing training requirements, both mandatory and on-demand
* Maintaining strict deadlines on payroll issues, providing clear updates on outstanding issues daily
* Supporting the HR Manager in advising managers on employee issues, including pay comparisons and disciplinary matters
* Supporting the HR Manager in maintaining clear and accessible office procedures, such as the HR Handbook and filing systems
* Planning and coordinating training requirements and skills matrix in collaboration with the CEO and Managers
* Assisting employees with pay and HR policy queries
* Working closely with the HR Manager on job specifications and skill matrix development to promote learning and development
* Proactively managing recruitment issues, including liaising with recruitment agencies, shortlisting candidates, and arranging interviews
* Administering probationary reviews
* Managing company car payments administration
* Deputising for the HR Manager as required
* Performing other tasks related to the above functions and special projects as directed by management
The candidate should be C.I.P.P. qualified; a degree-level qualification is also highly desirable.
Excellent IT skills are essential, including proficiency in all Windows applications, particularly Excel, and knowledge of spreadsheets and databases.
The candidate must be willing to undergo training in all aspects, especially Employment Law, and be flexible to work additional hours if needed.
The salary range for this position is £30,000 - £32,000.
The client is based in Enfield, Middlesex.
