Teacher of Modern Foreign Languages (German) required for a well-regarded mainstream secondary school in the Ashford/Tenterden area of Kent.
This is a full-time maternity cover position starting April 2026, expected to run for up to one year.
The successful candidate will:

Teach German across KS3 (with potential KS4/KS5 depending on experience)

Plan and deliver engaging, structured lessons in line with national curriculum
*
Assess, monitor and report on student progress
*
Contribute to the wider ethos of the MFL department
*
Take on form tutor responsibilities

Requirements:

UK QTS (or working towards QTS)

Experience teaching German at secondary level
