Salary: £35,000 - 37,000 per year Requirements:

Responsibilities:
* In this role, you will provide hands-on applications technical support to our customers, helping them resolve issues, customize applications, and get the most out of our platform. You will handle incoming support calls, manage tickets in Jira, troubleshoot with SQL, Windows, and databases, and work closely with developers to keep our systems running smoothly. Additionally, you will deliver training for new users and test updates before they are rolled out.
