Swietelsky UK, a leader in railway engineering, is offering an exciting opportunity for Apprentice Trainee OTM Train Drivers & Operators who live within theWarwickshire and Northamptonshire areas. Key Responsibilities and Expectations:
* Complete your driver training and gain operational competencies for on-track machines.
* Learn route knowledge and operate various OTMs as part of a nationwide team.
* Perform daily maintenance checks and ensure smooth operations in the field.
* Work on a rotating roster, including travel and overnight stays as needed to meet project demands.
* Full clean driving license.
* Strong motivation to learn and develop.
* Ability to work away from home with travel and overnight stays.
* Engineering experience or related background is a plus.
* Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
* Detail-oriented with a disciplined approach to work.
* Ability to meet medical and psychometric assessment standards.
* Must be able to provide a home address in the advertised locations due to operational demands.
