Who You Are An experienced Locum Senior Practitioner with a background in adult social care. You are a qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England, possessing experience and confidence in Adult Safeguarding Enquiries, Court Work, Duty management, and staff supervision and support. Your previous experiences are evidenced in your applications. What the Job Involves You will work with adults in the community as part of the South Locality Team for up to 3 months (with a possible extension). Your leadership will support and guide work with adults and their caregivers, ensuring a person-centered, strength-based approach to assessment, case management, and review. You'll maintain high standards of professional practice through supervision, caseload management, and consultation. Additionally, you will manage a small caseload of more complex cases as needed, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date management information systems.
