Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Management:
* Lead and inspire a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
* Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, encouraging growth and development.
* Implement store policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards.
Customer Experience:
* Ensure every customer receives a personalized and exceptional shopping experience.
* Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
* Cultivate strong relationships with clientele to encourage brand loyalty.
Sales Performance:
* Develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales goals and drive profitability.
* Analyze sales data and market trends to enhance store performance.
* Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to maintain store aesthetics and optimize product presentation.
Inventory and Operations:
* Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and maintaining stock levels.
* Ensure the store's operational efficiency by overseeing daily operations, including scheduling, reporting, and maintenance.
* Collaborate with the loss prevention team to minimize shrinkage and ensure asset protection.
Brand Representation:
* Uphold the brand's image and reputation by ensuring adherence to luxury standards.
* Represent the brand at internal and external events, maintaining a professional demeanor.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a store manager or in a similar leadership role within the luxury retail sector.
* Strong understanding of the fashion industry, with a focus on high-end clothing and accessories.
