We're working closely with a vibrant and nurturing school in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly setting that values teamwork, creativity, and the power of early education.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support teaching and learning activities planned by the Early Years Leader
* Work with groups or individual pupils, tailoring activities to meet their needs
* Observe, assess, and report on children's progress
* Provide social, emotional, and academic support to pupils, including those with additional needs or English as an additional language
* Assist in preparing and maintaining resources and displays
* Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and external professionals
* Supervise pupils during class, break, lunchtime, and on trips when required
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
* NVQ Level 3 or above in an approved Early Years/EYFS qualification
* Solid understanding of the EYFS Framework and child development
* Basic First Aid knowledge (Paediatric First Aid preferred)
* Confident use of ICT to support learning
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Team player with a flexible and proactive attitude
