What you'll be doing:
1. Organisational Planning: Coordinate and organise team meetings, events, and activities to promote collaboration and engagement.
2. Project Coordination: Manage key projects, ensuring timelines are met and stakeholders are kept updated.
3. Support People Team: Assist with day-to-day operations, helping prioritise tasks and ensuring smooth workflow.
4. Communication: Serve as a point of contact between the People Team and wider organisation, ensuring effective communication.
5. Workplace Culture Initiatives: Contribute to initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive, and people-first work environment.
6. Employee Support: Provide assistance to employees, responding to queries and directing them to the appropriate resources.
7. Training and Development Support: Assist with the coordination of training sessions and development opportunities for staff.
8. Data Management: Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation related to HR processes and initiatives.
9. Reporting: Prepare and maintain reports on key metrics, progress, and performance of ongoing projects.
10. Continuous Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements to enhance processes and systems within the People Team.
