Job Responsibilities:
* Provide statistical support to specific segments of a study or development program, including analysis, interpretation, design, and reporting of data for research, development, and marketed products in Janssen.
* Demonstrate data analytics expertise based on statistical principles and relevant computational tools for research objectives.
* Ensure the application of appropriate statistical methods and generate accurate, reproducible results, working independently or by providing specifications to statistical programmers.
* Produce clear, concise, and error-free computer programs and statistical reports.
* Collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-departmental teams and senior colleagues to achieve goals.
* Proactively identify when additional help is needed for complex tasks beyond own expertise.
