Annual salary: up to £28,917.00

Business Support Officer

Location: Hammersmith & Fulham

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Salary: £28,350 per annum

About the Role:

The Business Support Officer reports primarily to the General Manager and works closely with Supervisors and Administrators.

* Manage control and audit of van stocks, fleet, plant, and waste disposal activities.
* Handle office administration and health & safety compliance.
* Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
* Organize toolbox talks and ensure they are scheduled in employees' diaries.
* Coordinate health & safety training and ensure completion.
* Scan and store compliance documents.
* Order office supplies and uniforms.

Role Criteria:

* Experience working in an office environment.
* Ability to meet tight deadlines in a busy setting.
* Proven multitasking skills in challenging environments.
* Strong organizational skills.
* Punctuality and good time management.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Applicants must have the right to work in the UK. We do not sponsor visas at this time.

To drive a Mears vehicle, candidates must be over 21, have held a license for more than 3 months, and have fewer than 9 points.

All roles are subject to DBS/security checks prior to employment.
