Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Indoor Sales / Telesales and Prospect Conversion professional, based in Lichfield. The role involves proactively engaging with potential clients to generate sales opportunities, managing and developing customer relationships via phone, and following up on leads. The successful candidate will consult with clients, listen to their needs, and convert prospects into long-term customers. Additional tasks include maintaining an organised sales pipeline and contributing to overall sales targets.
Qualifications
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effective interaction with clients and team members
* Proven Sales expertise, with the ability to identify and convert potential leads into clients
* Experience or knowledge in Sales Management to monitor progress and meet targets
* Ability to use Training insights and continuously improve personal and team sales strategies
* Exceptional organisation, resilience, and self-motivation in a dynamic sales environment
* Proficiency in CRM systems and an understanding of sales metrics are advantageous
* Prior experience in telesales or inside sales is a plus
