Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Administration Assistant located in Poole, with some work from home acceptable. The Administration Assistant will be responsible for performing clerical tasks, assisting executives with administrative duties, handling phone calls with proper etiquette, and ensuring effective communication within the company. Additionally, the Administration Assistant will be expected to manage schedules, maintain records, and provide support for other administrative functions as needed.
Qualifications
* Experience in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
* Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and effective Communication skills
* Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Relevant experience in property services or a related field is an advantage
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
