We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Senior Support Worker to join a well-established children’s residential home supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). This is an excellent opportunity for a caring, motivated, and resilient individual to take on a senior role within a supportive and progressive environment. You will play a key part in leading shifts, mentoring staff, and ensuring that each young person receives high-quality, consistent, and person-centred care.
