Principal Consultant | Scaling Design & Research Teams | UK & Europe
Salt have partnered with a founder‑led Marketing SaaS scale‑up to find them a Senior Product Designer to help support them as they continue to scale.
You’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers and stakeholders to identify high‑value opportunities through strategic Design and User Research.
Working across multiple product squads, you’ll be reporting into the Product Design Lead and work across end‑to‑end experience, through research and ideaion to polished, production‑ready interfaces.
Requirements
* Proven experience working on web‑based SaaS products.
* User‑first mentality
* Confidence working on Design Systems in Figma.
* Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills
This is a full‑time, hybrid opportunity, requiring 2 days per week onsite in Brighton.
