As a Senior Manager / Director you will: Lead the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring seamless coordination between our Peterborough and Stamford locations. Oversee the full delivery of high-quality accounts and audit services, maintaining our rigorous standards of output. Foster a high-performance culture by providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members, supporting their professional growth. Manage client requirements proactively, ensuring that both internal and external expectations are exceeded. As the successful candidate you will: Have substantial experience working within a professional practice environment. Demonstrate between 5–10 years of management experience.
