Overview
You'll be working in partnership with Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust to deliver a gender-specific diversionary scheme. Your mission? To divert women away from the Criminal Justice System and into comprehensive support packages at the earliest opportunity. You'll be the guiding light, providing 1:1 signposting, practical advice, and holistic support to help women build their confidence and make positive changes.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate and oversee referrals to appropriate support services.
* Provide personalised, trauma‑informed support.
* Work closely with core services to ensure comprehensive care.
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
Qualifications
* At least 2 years' experience working with women with multiple complex needs.
* Strong partnership development skills.
* Experience in needs assessment and support plan delivery.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Car driver with current licence and willingness to travel.
