Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and personable Senior Customer Support Representative to join our team. This role supports a variety of services and is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and growing within a supportive environment. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers and suppliers, ensuring smooth operations through excellent communication, accurate data handling, and efficient service coordination.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer bookings and schedule services across departments
* Respond to queries from both customers and suppliers via phone and email
* Confidently manage incoming calls with professionalism and clarity
* Input and maintain accurate records in our bespoke MarketPlace system
* Register new suppliers and update their profiles as needed
* Process and match payment requests and upcoming job schedules for suppliers
* Source and book entertainment services as required
* Provide general administrative support to the wider team
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
* Verification of Contractor Costs: Ensure accuracy and legitimacy of contractor costs
* Query Resolution: Resolve any queries related to costs, payments, and invoices
* Payment Reconciliation: Reconcile payments to record transactions accurately
* Provide exceptional support to clients, addressing their concerns and queries promptly
* Customer Costs: Handle the processing of customer costs efficiently and accurately
* Admin Support to Team Lead: Assist the team lead with administrative tasks and support the overall team operations
Person Specification
Essential
* Management experience
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Confident and professional telephone manner
* Strong IT skills, particularly with Advanced Microsoft Excel
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
* A helpful, kind, and customer-focused attitude
* Willingness to learn and grow within the company
Desirable
* Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
* Familiarity with CRM or booking systems
* Interest or experience in any of the service areas (Cleaning, Gardening, Security, Entertainment)
