What To Expect: £12.80 per hour, paid weekly Overtime rate (over 40 hours) Pension Scheme (after 12 weeks) Free Parking Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday 10am - 7pm Day to Day Duties: Picking and separating both recyclable and non-recyclable materials within a busy MRF Ensure quality and recovery rates are maximised Ensure compliance with statutory and company obligations and Health and Safety Wear appropriate PPE at all times Ensure daily housekeeping rules are adhered to at all times Cleaning duties Essential Criteria: Good organisational and communication skills Ability to work to own initiative and work well with others Self-motivated Flexible approach to work hours and able to work Saturdays when required Desirable Criteria: Previous experience within a Waste Industry Manual Handling Training Certificate To apply, please send your CV for consideration.
