To raise pupil attainment in English at all levels, as evidenced by internal progress assessments and external examinations. Teach English across key stage 3 and 4 Undertake special initiatives associated with the role such as developing innovative approaches to learning in English Assist other colleagues in raising standards and improving the standard of teaching and learning.
