Location: North Tawton
Job Description
gap personnel are currently recruiting Pickers to join a busy and supportive team in North Tawton. This role is ideal for reliable and motivated individuals seeking steady hours and the opportunity for long-term employment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Picking products accurately and efficiently
* Preparing orders for dispatch
* Using pick sheets or handheld scanners
* Assisting with loading and unloading when required
* Keeping work areas clean and safe
* Working as part of a team to achieve daily targets
Requirements:
* Previous picking or warehouse experience is an advantage but not essential
* Ability to work to deadlines
* Strong attention to detail
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team
Hours & Pay:
* Pay: £12.21 per hour
* Hours: Monday to Friday
* Shift: 08:00–16:30 (with some flexibility available)
* Contract: Until mid/late December, with potential for a temp-to-perm opportunity in the New Year
