The Role:
This is a fast-paced, office-based position where you’ll be responsible for managing customer relationships and supporting the end-to-end sales order process.
Key responsibilities include:
Acting as a key point of contact for new and existing customers.
Processing sales orders using Sage (or similar ERP systems).
Coordinating with internal teams (production, transport, suppliers) to fulfil orders accurately and efficiently.
Supporting production planning activities and associated admin tasks.
Developing lasting customer relationships through exceptional service. What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a proactive and organised individual with a strong customer service background and an interest in developing their career within a growing industry.
You’ll need:
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
A high level of attention to detail.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
