Purpose of the Job:
To be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring the smooth flow of cash transactions.
Required Qualifications:
* Matriculation certificate.
* Tertiary Accounting qualification.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Minimum of 2 years of similar experience.
* Excellent understanding of the Sage 300 ERP Accounting system.
* Good understanding of data structures, integration, and integrity.
* Computer literate with proficiency in Excel, MS Outlook, and Word.
* Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial transactions and records.
* Exceptional communication and reporting skills (written & verbal).
* Good interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Self-motivated.
* Strong problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent analytical skills.
Technical Competencies & Experience:
* Minimum of 2 years of similar experience.
