SEN Teaching Assistant – Enfield
Location: Enfield
Salary: £90 – £105 per day
Hours: 08:15 am – 03:45 pm
Contract: Full-time, Long-term
Are you passionate about supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? GSL Education is looking for a caring and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join an SEN school in Enfield. This is a great opportunity to help make a real difference in students’ lives every day.

✏️ Your role will include:
* Providing personalised one-to-one support for students.
* Assisting teachers in preparing engaging, accessible learning resources.
* Supporting students with a range of needs including ASD and SEMH.
* Encouraging students to build confidence and independence.
* Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment.

✅ What we’re looking for:
* Previous experience in an SEN setting (preferred but not essential).
* A patient, flexible, and understanding approach.
* Good teamwork and communication skills.
* Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection practices.
