Chartered Surveyor – Norwich- Competitive salary + Benefits
The Job:
Chartered Surveyor based in Norwich. The successful candidate will deliver estate, farm, and property management services, develop client relationships, provide management and consultancy advice across Norfolk and Suffolk, and contribute to multi-disciplinary projects. Responsibilities include advising on land use, rural diversification, environmental management, landlord & tenant law, agricultural legislation, and tax considerations, as well as managing budgets, invoicing, and identifying grant funding opportunities. Valuation experience is desirable to enhance client delivery.

The Candidate:
- Ambitious and client-focused professional with a keen interest in rural consultancy and estate management
- Knowledgeable in landlord & tenant law, agricultural legislation, land use, and environmental management
- Skilled in budgeting, managing WIP, invoicing and financial forecasting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building and maintaining client relationships
- Valuation experience is desirable
- Able to contribute to multi-disciplinary projects with leadership qualities
