About the Role
Porsche Centre Swindon is seeking an experienced Warranty Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a Warranty Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our Service department. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a busy and successful aftersales department, ensuring that all administrative tasks are handled efficiently, accurately, and proactively.
Job Opportunity
* Accurately invoicing repair orders to ensure prompt payment processing
* Handling warranty and servicing invoicing, with the support of our Service Quality Team
* Performing various administrative duties associated with the service process
* Preparing job packs in advance of customer visits
Essential Skills
* At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role or in a similar position within the automotive industry is preferred
* Understanding of vehicle operations and experience with vehicle warranty claims is highly advantageous
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
* Excellent communication skills, with both colleagues and customers
* Reliable, hardworking, and enthusiastic approach to work
