Samples Assistant
The Samples Assistant is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and dispatching customer sample orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The role plays a key part in ensuring customers receive the correct product samples quickly and in perfect condition, supporting both customer satisfaction and sales.

Role & Responsibilities
• Accurately pick sample items from designated storage locations using pick lists
• Carefully pack samples to ensure they arrive in excellent condition
• Check orders for accuracy before dispatch (correct items, quantities, and labelling)
• Prepare parcels for shipment, including printing and attaching labels
• Replenish sample stock and maintain tidy, well-organised picking areas
• Report low stock levels, damaged items, or discrepancies to a supervisor
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets
• Follow all health & safety procedures and safe manual handling practices
• Assist with goods-in, stock counting, and general warehouse duties when required
• Support continuous improvement by suggesting ways to improve efficiency or reduce errors
