The Role As a Senior Practitioner within MASH, you will be at the forefront of safeguarding, working collaboratively with partner agencies to assess referrals and ensure children receive the right level of intervention at the right time. You will operate within a well-defined organisational structure: * MASH * Referral & Assessment * Family Support & Child Protection Teams This structure ensures clear pathways, strong collaboration, and effective case progression across services.
