Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Junior Engineer with an electronics background to join our growing team. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for recent graduates or individuals with relevant work experience (degree not essential if you can demonstrate strong practical skills). You'll support our core service pillars: Compliance & Certification, Product & Supplier Intelligence, and Technical Risk.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in technical due diligence, compliance gap analysis, and regulatory strategy projects.
* Support competitive design benchmarking, reverse engineering, and reliability modeling.
* Participate in supplier audits, quality analysis, and manufacturing process evaluations.
* Prepare technical documentation and contribute to actionable client reports.
* Collaborate with senior engineers to deliver fast, insightful, and practical solutions for clients.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
What We're Looking For
* Electronics background (degree preferred but not essential; relevant work experience considered).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
