Job Title: Marketing Manager
Location: London (On Site)
Job Description: The Marketing Manager will work closely with the Global Brand Marketing Manager, Director of Marketing, and General Manager to plan and maintain the brand identity through strategic planning and activation. Responsibilities include executing marketing activities, supporting events and private dining, managing social media and digital campaigns, liaising with teams, developing brand materials, and overseeing external agencies. The role requires 4-5 years of experience in Brand/Marketing, preferably within the F&B industry, with strong digital and content creation skills, and a good understanding of the London F&B scene. The candidate should be organized, creative, and able to work independently under pressure.
Responsibilities:
1. Create content briefs for marketing activations.
2. Develop and propose a localized marketing calendar.
3. Support execution of restaurant activations and events, overseeing the process and maintaining communication with the global team.
4. Assist with private dining events, including resource management.
5. Propose and manage social media calendars and oversee digital campaigns to enhance brand awareness and loyalty.
6. Coordinate with brand and operation teams to meet business needs.
7. Develop brand collateral and maintain consistent tone of voice across platforms.
8. Respond to guest messages across platforms.
9. Manage relationships with Graphic Design, PR, and Digital Marketing agencies.
10. Maintain records of challenges and achievements with monthly reports.
11. Ensure brand standards are met and coordinate photoshoots and videoshoots.
12. Prepare monthly BRM reports including social media, PR, and digital marketing insights.
13. Work effectively both independently and as part of a global team, under pressure.
14. Maintain high attention to quality and detail.
15. Possess strong interpersonal skills and a solution-driven mindset.
16. Educational background in marketing is preferred; proficiency in social media, Microsoft Office, Mailchimp, and Canva is essential.
