Built on strong family values and supported by an international parent group, they’re now looking to welcome an Outbound Sales Advisor to their collaborative team in Neath.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys building relationships, supporting business development, and contributing to company growth.
The Role
* Develop and maintain client relationships over phone and email
* Manage and track leads using ABI and CRM systems
* Follow up on enquiries and quotations, supporting the full sales process
* Contribute to targeted campaigns and outreach projects
* Research new markets and build potential client lists
* Work closely with internal teams and provide administrative support as required
The Person
* Confident telephone manner with excellent communication skills
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Proactive, well-organised, and able to manage multiple priorities
* Positive, professional, and self-motivated approach
