An exciting new role within our Property Function! Tesco is recruiting for a new Property Process Improvement Manager. Tesco is looking for an expert in managing People and Projects, balancing customer delivery with team engagement and business needs. You will own the process improvement agenda for our Property function, supporting simpler ways of working, embedding routines, and maintaining compliance.
You will be responsible for:
1. Finding opportunities to work smarter with teams across the Office, Tesco Business Services, and third-party Consultants.
2. Tracking and communicating simplifications that deliver time savings and cost reductions/avoidance.
3. Defining and managing projects to deliver operational efficiencies supporting smarter ways of working.
4. Supporting the UK transition plan to Tesco Business Services as part of the Property Long Term Plan.
5. Identifying tools, especially automation, that enable individuals to extract insights from data.
6. Creating and maintaining Level 6 Aris process maps across the property lifecycle.
7. Challenging colleagues to deliver on time and collaboratively improve processes to achieve results.
8. Working alongside Project, Programme, and Change Managers to deliver key tasks and achievements.
9. Supporting the development of a high-performing team by providing growth opportunities.
10. Coaching colleagues, sharing knowledge, experience, and technical expertise.
You will need:
* Lean Six Sigma methodology and process management skills.
* Project management experience.
* Property Industry or Asset Management exposure (beneficial but not essential).
* Experience with large-scale system transformation.
* ARIS software experience (desired).
