About M3 Media
At M3 Media, we partner with luxury, lifestyle, and sport brands to create bold, high-impact campaigns that cut through the noise. Our clients include world-class names in horse racing, equestrian, and premium consumer brands - and we're growing fast.
We're looking for a skilled
Videographer & Editor
to join our creative team. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and varied: one day you might be filming at the races, the next producing a brand film for a global client. You'll be part of a collaborative in-house team that thrives on creativity, quality, and innovation.
The Role
As Videographer & Editor, you'll take ownership of video production from filming through to edit - working closely with our
Head of Production, Account Managers, and Creative Team
to deliver content that meets client goals. You'll be confident behind the camera, creative in the edit suite, and capable of producing campaign-ready content that stands out.
Your work will include:
* Capturing high-end video content for luxury and sport clients, with a focus on horse racing and equestrian
* Producing films, branded documentaries, event coverage, social-first content, and campaign visuals
* Editing with precision and flair for multiple platforms (Reels, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, broadcast)
* Storyboarding, directing shoots, and bringing concepts to life with a cinematic eye
* Collaborating with Account Managers to translate client briefs into polished creative outputs
* Managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, often with tight deadlines
* Travelling across the UK and worldwide to cover shoots, events, and campaigns
What We're Looking For
* 3+ years' experience in video production, ideally within agency, sport, luxury, or lifestyle sectors
* A strong reel/portfolio that demonstrates sharp framing, dynamic movement, and purposeful editing
* Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects/DaVinci Resolve a plus)
* Confident with professional camera equipment, drones, lighting, and sound
* Strong understanding of storytelling, brand tone, and platform-specific formats
* Ability to thrive in high-pressure, live-event environments with fast turnarounds
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills - able to juggle multiple projects
* Full UK driving licence and access to a car
* Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and travel internationally as required
* A collaborative, proactive mindset with a strong eye for detail
Benefits
* Worldwide travel opportunities
* Professional development and training
* 20 days' holiday (plus bank holidays)
* Pension scheme
* Regular team socials
* On-site parking
