We have a new opening in Brackmills Northampton for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis.

This role is responsible for data management and order fulfillment, system maintenance, EDI flows, and generating & maintaining data reports within the Back Office Customer Service (Fulfillment) team.

The working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.


As a Back Office Customer Service Coordinator, you will:

1. Process orders daily within predefined timescales.
2. Maintain EDI mapping and flow.
3. Validate and control daily order volumes.
4. Ensure fulfillment requirements are met for back orders in line with SLAs.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve electronic order failures.
6. Respond promptly to queries in the team’s shared inbox.
7. Investigate orders not reaching fulfillment.
8. Perform root cause analysis.
9. Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers (GHX).
10. Assist in validation and collation of reporting requirements, including ad hoc reports.
11. Provide analytical support and create dashboards.


What are we looking for?

1. Experience with JDE, Salesforce, or similar systems.
2. Experience in high-volume order processing.
3. Strong problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis.
4. Good data risk management application.
5. Process-driven mindset.
6. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
7. Ability to meet tight deadlines.
