We are working exclusively with a small, yet successful Engineering company in Bicester to recruit a part-time Administrator.

The role will be working 25 hours per week, ideally split over 4/5 days (flexible hours to suit you, and the ability to reduce hours in summer holidays).
The Role:
Youll play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of office operations. This varied position involves:
Managing correspondence, reports, and documentation.
Maintaining accurate records and databases (including CRM and ERP systems).
Processing invoices and purchase orders.
Coordinating communication between teams and preparing meeting notes.
Supporting projects, tracking progress, and assisting with process improvements.
About You:
The ideal candidate will bring:
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Experience working in a manufacturing/engineering environment raising quotes and PO's
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Experience with ERP or CRM systems (EFACS or SAP knowledge desirable).
