Working Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday-Friday
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: £31,030 - £41,980 per annum

About the Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for the position of Team Manager based within our Forward Leeds Team.
As Team Manager you will manage, supervise and oversee, a multi agency/disciplinary team offering, a flexible and accessible service to people using the service.
What You’ll Do
Being a Team manager is a diverse, challenging and rewarding role, key duties you will undertake are:
 1. Managing a team of Recovery Coordinators who are delivering recovery and treatment plans to people who use our services
 2. You will have responsibility for all aspects of team management from recruitment to on-going support and development of you team
 3. You will play a significant part in reducing substance related harm to individuals and the wider community by guiding your team to achieve quality outcomes for people who use our services
 4. You will work collaboratively with key services, partners and stakeholders to achieve the best health and wellbeing outcomes for individuals
To Succeed in This Role, You’ll Need:
 5. You will have a passion for making a difference and fair chances for all should be at the core of everything you do.
 6. You will have a fantastic understanding of managing a team. knowledge and understanding of interventions, including brief interventions MI, PSIs, CBT and ITEP, experience of effective supervision and development of staff within your team.
 7. Ideally you will hold a Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
