Job Title – Vehicle Technician – Level 2 Qualified
Location – Dash Fleet Services, Redruth, TR15 3RQ
Reports to – Workshop Controller
Pay – £27,000 to £30,000 per annum plus a £500 joining bonus
Shift pattern – Monday to Friday. 08:00 to 17:00

As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining a wide range of vehicles within our fleet and customer base. You will ensure all work meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency, supporting our commitment to excellence in fleet management. Duties & Responsibilities
* Carry out routine maintenance, repair and servicing on cars and vans.
* Perform routine Vehicle Health Checks and ensure compliance with legal and safety standards.
* Complete all work within agreed timeframes and maintain accurate service records.
* Liaise with the Workshop Controller to provide updates on job progress.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
* Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience working as a Vehicle Technician, Car Mechanic, Fast-fit Technician or similar role with satisfactory references.
* Level 2 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Self-motivated, organised and able to work independently.
* Your own hand tools.
* Full UK driving licence.
* All of our staff must pass a basic DBS check.
