We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Finishing Manager to support the final stages of a construction project. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering high-quality finishes and ensuring a smooth handover to the client.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all finishing trades including painting, decorating, flooring, carpentry, and snagging
* Manage and coordinate subcontractors to ensure timely completion
* Carry out detailed snagging inspections and ensure defects are resolved promptly
* Maintain high standards of quality control across all finishing works
* Work closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager to meet deadlines
* Ensure health & safety regulations are followed on site
* Assist with final handover and client inspections
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Finishing Manager on construction projects
* Strong eye for detail and commitment to quality
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Valid CSCS card (essential)
* SMSTS or SSSTS preferred
