Position Overview: Join Cytel's Marketing Operations team as an Associate Digital Marketing Manager, where you will play a key role in executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an early-career marketer to build hands-on experience in digital execution, marketing platforms, and campaign optimization within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role focuses on execution and operational excellence, working closely with Strategy, Content, Brand, and external partners to bring campaigns to life and continuously improve performance. Key Responsibilities: Execute digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, websites, and virtual events based on approved briefs and timelines. Build and deploy email campaigns, event communications, and landing pages using marketing automation and CMS tools (HubSpot preferred). Support the execution of webinars and virtual events, including registration setup, promotional emails, and post-event follow-up. Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure accurate and timely campaign delivery. Monitor campaign performance and track key metrics to support reporting and optimization efforts. Assist with basic testing and optimization activities to improve engagement and conversion over time. Ensure campaign data, contact lists, and tracking are accurate and aligned with established standards. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or a similar role (internships included). Familiarity with digital marketing channels such as email, social media platforms, website platforms or online events. Comfortable working with marketing platforms and digital tools; experience with HubSpot is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
