Undertake general building services work, including plumbing, drainage, and basic fabric repairs. Update and maintain service records through a PDA-based system. Coordinate with subcontractors for specialist tasks when required. Ensure all work complies with Health & Safety regulations and site-specific procedures. Conduct routine inspections and take proactive measures to maintain building performance.✅ Candidate Requirements City & Guilds qualifications in Plumbing or Mechanical disciplines. Full UK driving licence. Strong understanding of HVAC systems, lighting systems, and BMS controls. Mechanical bias with basic electrical knowledge.
