A national charity affiliated to the NHS is seeking an organised, proactive Executive Assistant to join its operations team. This role provides high-level support to the Executive Leadership Team and the Board of Trustees, contributing to smooth organisational delivery and effective stakeholder engagement.

The Executive Assistant will play a key part in ensuring efficient leadership support, strong governance processes, and well-coordinated operations. This role is offered either full or part-time, depending on your needs.
Role Responsibilities
Executive Support
* Manage complex diaries and inboxes for senior leaders
* Coordinate senior meetings, including agendas, minutes and document preparation
* Support the development of presentations, board papers and briefing materials
* Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
* Provide scheduling support for wider organisational meetings
Board & Governance
1. Lead administrative support for the Board of Trustees and Subcommittees
