The role
As a casual member of staff at our Chester Residential office, you will play an integral role in representing the firm's brand and act as a first point of contact for clients. Additionally, there will be administrative duties to support our team. Please note this is a zero-hour contract.
Responsibilities
1. Answering phones and speaking with clients
2. Booking viewings and market appraisals
3. Providing viewing feedback to vendors
4. Performing any other ad hoc duties as required
Person specification
Qualifications/Key Skills
* GCSE level education or equivalent, including English and Mathematics qualifications
* Must hold a full, valid driving license
Experience
* Experience is not essential but preferred
* Professional approach and trustworthy
* Excellent communication skills both over the phone and in person
* Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and clients
* Good organizational and coordination skills
