Salt are excited to collaborate with this Global Travel Client as they seek to hire a Senior Account Executive to join their team on an ASAP starting 12 month contract position. You will be joining a dynamic, fast-growing group leading the company’s expansion in to a new sector. As an Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and turning cold leads into warm, engaged prospects. You’ll often manage the full sales funnel, supporting the acquisition of high-quality partners. In this role, you’ll strengthen the company’s presence in the market, collaborate across teams, and work directly with partners to ensure we always offer the best opportunities to their customer base. Day-to-day requirements include: Exceeding key performance goals by owning success across your assigned region of focus Source and qualify new partners through research, networking, and internal tools Clearly communicate the company’s value proposition via phone, email, and in-person meetings Acquire new partners by moving leads efficiently through the funnel and achieving quarterly growth targets Support the launch of new markets by leading local supply acquisition and coordinating cross-functional efforts Facilitate smooth onboarding and ensure a positive experience Develop scalable strategies that maximise impact and performance Build and nurture long-term relationships Expertise Required: 6 years of professional experience, ideally in a fast-paced tech or startup environment within sales or account management Experience in hospitality or travel sectors is a plus Fluency in English and any additional language is a plus Proven ability to thrive in dynamic environments with shifting priorities and multiple projects Exceptional communication, organisation, and analytical skills; detail-oriented yet action-focused Strong relationship-building and influencing skills Ability to balance short-term objectives with long-term strategic goals A fast learner with a proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative
