This position would suit a qualified Advisor with the drive and ability to maximise appointments and subsequently write business.

1. £80,000 - £90,000 OTE

5. Working hours: Monday to Friday and Saturday on a rota basis

Self-Employed Mortgage Advisor requirements:
7. Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor
8. CeMAP qualified
9. Comfortable working with lead sources
10. Ability to write high levels of mortgage business
11. Strong communication skills
Key responsibilities:
12. Managing a high volume of mortgage applications and providing expert advice to clients.
13. Building and maintaining relationships with clients and referrers.
14. Conducting appointments and guiding clients through the mortgage process.
15. Dealing with high levels of referrals
16. Achieving monthly mortgage targets and contributing to the company's growth in Norfolk.
17. Keeping up-to-date with mortgage regulations, products, and industry changes.
18. Providing excellent customer service at all times
